The collaboration between Lavender and Silvy began in March of 2022. Both are fans of anime, manga, and video games. Growing up, Lavender was raised on Sailor Moon, among other animes. While Lavender is a pin creator, she is also a painter, gamer, and photographer. Lavender also attended Savannah College of Art and Design, where she grew her creativity which helped in designing pins. After discovering Silvy’s artwork, Lavender quickly fell in love and knew she needed to reach out for a commission.

Drawing and painting have been an essential part of Silvy’s life since she was little, as well as manga, anime, and games. Silvy’s major was in illustration. Back in university, Silvy started drawing covers for books. After Silvy moved to Australia, she started to design 3D meshes and 2D textures for online games. Silvy also loves painting and drawing. Silvy is so happy that Lavender appreciates her arts and invited her to do commissions for Lavender Pins. It’s an amazing new journey and Silvy really enjoys it! Silvy and Lavender are Both mothers of three children.
